Thank you for your email regarding our O2 Greenwich branch.
I am afraid that we are unable to predict technical difficulties,
however when they do occur and they are brought to our attention, we do
try and rectify them as quickly as possible in order to make sure that

occasion the problems were not noted and resolved immediately.
With regards to the staff that dealt with you, we would expect all staff
members to be polite and courteous when dealing with any customer
concerns and I do sincerely apologise if this was not the case
on this occasion and if the problem was not solved in a comprehensive
manner.
I have passed on your comments to the cinema manager and they have
advised me that a full system check will be carried out on the equipment
to make sure that any faults that do exist are rectified as quickly as
possible and in an attempt to make sure that this does not occur again
in the future.
He has also taken your comments onboard and will be addressing this
incident and to implement any training necessary with his team to ensure

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Re: Despicable Me
How did pretty end up with only one ticket? I think she should write back and say it was a ticket for two and everyone else received two so she wants two cinema tickets as well!

What's the matter with Despicable Me? Has everyone said it's cr*p... is that why you don't want to watch it

Well done to everyone on getting two complimentary tickets!

Re: Despicable Me
Well, considering I've seen the opening 10 minutes a total of three times now, not once in 3D, I'd probably just walk out again as soon as it started.Sunny Saver wrote:weirdfilms33 wrote:I sent off my address and just received 2 complimentary tickets in the post for ANY cineworld cinema (O2 included) AND for 3D films.
