i know i'm not guessing the song here but can someone help me found out what this song is......?

the start of it has a funy whistlingy bit, something like that young folks song by peter bjorn or someone that was out not so long ago. but that's not the song i want.

i think it was used in a bounty/plenty advert a while ago and it goes a bit like this....
