Train fares have been released for 20th April now but the cheap early ones are only up to 13th March as yet so unless you're "minted" hang fire. I will keep you posted when they are released - I'm looking out for Manchester, Birmingham, Durham, Leeds and Liverpool and will post on here and pm akh43, steve, Betty Botter, rawr_xoxo, Andrews, Steve9872 and Jordsmum when they are released and anyone else who wants me too. Yogi and OH are going down a few days before just in case anyone thinks that I have forgotten about them

I'm interested in the event schedule, so I can plan accomodation as necessary.

Re: FMUK Get Together - Saturday, 20 April 2013
prettyxcool is organising the location and the Machester FMUKers will be there at the meet up from 12noon until 3pm basically for the entire time of the meet up. We are just going down for the day so will arrive at about 9ish and leave on the 7ish train. We are going to do a bit of sight seeing when we get there until the meet up and possibly a spot after to make the most of the day. I think that Jordsmum and Andrews may meet up with us before and after as we are good friends anyway and they are usually happy to go on a tour with mesteve9872 wrote:I'm interested in the event schedule, so I can plan accomodation as necessary.

We only said the core times purely so that we're not all sat there all day hoping that someone turns up. I imagine that it will go on a lot longer than this but as everyone has different commitments we thought that it would be a good idea to do a roughly set time and then you can party as long as you like aftersteve9872 wrote:So its just a luncheon then. Any room for Londoners on the morning sightseeing tour? There are loads of places I should have been to but don't bother because I can go 'anytime'?Diane65 wrote:prettyxcool is organising the location and the Machester FMUKers will be there at the meet up from 12noon until 3pm basically for the entire time of the meet up. Yes of course there is Jeanelle but you have to walk in pairs and hold hands
It is so true about living in a place and making the most of it. Last year Andrews and Jordsmum came to Manchester for the day and it was good fun being a visitor in your own city and had afternoon tea in the town hall - which I'm ashamed to say that I didn't know they did it until I started looking into it.
