Re: The Diary Room
Just returned from a fabulous evening watching Laughter in the Rain (the musical) in Manchester and I'm still on a high as Neil Sedaka sang 2 songs at the end of the show, it was such a special moment when he performed a duet with the lead actor and everyone was up dancing I cried with happiness. I didn't even know that I knew so many of his songs and it's not my era.

I'm longing to see this, but the nearest it has come to me so far is Bromley, which is hell to get to, so I hope it's heading for the West End...

Re: The Diary Room
Neil (now on first name terms) said he wants to take it to the West End and then onto Broadway, I didn't know his life story but he always smiles no matter what; don't want to spoil it for you by saying too muchMs Thrifty wrote:I'm longing to see this, but the nearest it has come to me so far is Bromley, which is hell to get to, so I hope it's heading for the West End...

Every now and then I check out the tour dates to see if any have been added. Think I have a better chance of catching it whilst on holiday than when at home!

Oh dear, I was feeling optimistic this morning when the sun was shining so I left my coat and umbrella at home, now its lunchtime it looks like its going to rain!! I think I might have been about a month too early!

Re: The Diary Room
Damn and blast - just had to renew my car insurance and I have lost some no claims for an accident that wasn't my fault but the claim is still unsettled because the twat who caused the accident is stalling over sending accident details. I know that once it is settled my no claims will be given back to me but it annoys me that I have had to p*y an increase in the interim!!

Oh and the tenants are moving out of my flat, so need to find replacements soon…anyone looking to rent a 2 bedroom flat in Wimbledon???
PM me if you are interested
