Saw this today at Apollo Piccadilly Circus. The sound was so painfully loud that I was considering leaving after a couple of minutes. I made some improvised ear plugs and managed to survive until the end of the film.

There were some funny moments but overall I didn't enjoy this (maybe I was just not in the mood for this kind of film). My bf seemed to like it though. 4.5/10

I really enjoyed it, which I wasn't expecting. The odd thing I found was that if I hadn't known that Hardy was English, I would have said he was really putting that english accent on!!

Really enjoyed this. Mindless entertainment very well done indeed and much funnier than I was expecting.

Nice to see ejwrank, Celini, a_person and funthing29.

Had a horrid day at work yesterday so nearly didn't go. So glad we did, as despite not holding much hope for this we really enjoyed it. It was complete nonsense but good to see Tom Hardy playing for laughs and to see Reece Witherspoons comedy star again after a while. Chris Pine was a tad too wooden for my liking.

Anyway, really cheered me up. 8/10

Those eyes, and this smile... awwww... I was drooling over Tom Hardy for a good 90 minutes! And this is exactly what I needed!

(very) mindless fun as mentioned above, rather bad storyline and weird plot holes (I was wondering whether they were brothers as they seemed to have the same grand mother  ), but this was enough for me to spend a nice evening at the cinema (I really love the Apollo!) with the girls.

I was looking forward to this and I was not disappointed :D
It landed on the right side of RomComAction movie, which should keep most people happy.
Nothing spectacular but enjoyable enough.

I think the grandmother thing was a red herring - they are like brothers, so Tuck is like a grandson to her too. Else the fact that he 'messed it up' would not have mattered as she would surely have seen her great grand son anyway.

They are just very good friends, so Tom Hardy was like part of the family
