A Christmas Carol at the Noel Coward Theatre

Just when we thought the Christmas show season was coming to an end we are delighted to have just a few tickets to see the wonderful Jim Broadbent in A Christmas Carol at the Noel Coward Theatre. Tickets are available for TONIGHT

The marvellous Jim Broadbent as the man himself, the incredibly nasty and mean Mr Scrooge, in a story inspired by Charles Dickens' all-time classic story. And thanks to the Noel Coward theatre for giving us such a superb theatrical gift. Adapted by Patrick Barlow and directed by Phelim McDermott, the show marks a long-anticipated return to the stage for Jim Broadbent. He's set to play a fantastic part in bringing the age-old classic tale to vibrant life, complete with all the greed, grief, terror, spirits and eventual redemption you could possibly want from a festive theatre event. Barlow's adaptation is, by all accounts, wonderfully imaginative and brings Dickens' ever-popular characters to dramatic reality.

David Hasselholf in Last Night a DJ Saved My Life – New Oxford Theatre

We are absolutely delighted to have a small number of complimentary tickets (just admin fee) on 29th January at 7.30pm for an evening with the legendary David Hasselholf in Last Night a DJ Saved My Life at the New Oxford Theatre an exciting new venue for showfilmfirst.

A DJ Dad, a wild child daughter, and a trip to the party island of Ibiza with hits from the 80s and 90s. It’s going to be Hofftastic! The Hoff, plays Ross, a hilarious hedonist. He’s Ibiza’s top 80s DJ who doesn’t realise a new decade has dawned, disco is out, a new club scene is in. It’s the story of two generations colliding, as a badly behaved parent tries to control a wild child teenager! This hilarious hit fest is also a touching father and daughter drama set against a background of sun, sea, sex, drugs and hits that take us back to the 80s and 90s when we wore denim overalls, girls had hair scrunchies and guys played Nintendo Game Boy. Think ‘Mamma Mia’ on speed! ‘Friends’ meets ‘Ibiza Uncovered', with the soundtrack of our lives.
