This is so apt for getting Les Miserable tickets, it certainly was a marathon and it was thanks to the dedication of my friends on here that i have been successful. sheer determination certainly did p*y off and thanks so much.

Glad these have been of use. Thought I'd use the business ones to kick start the thread. I have others which I will share and hope will inspire you.

Here are the 10 Secrets again for ease of reference:

IBD’s 10 Secrets to Success

Investor’s Business Daily has spent years analyzing leaders and successful people in all walks of life. Most have 10 traits that, when combined, can turn dreams into reality.

1 How you think is everything: Always be positive. Think success, not failure. Beware of a
negative environment.

2 Decide upon your true dreams and goals: Write down your specific goals and develop a
plan to reach them.

3 Take action: Goals are nothing without action. Don’t be afraid to get started now. Just do
it.

4 Never stop learning: Go back to school or read books. Get training and acquire skills.

5 Be persistent and work hard: Success is a marathon, not a sprint. Never give up.

6 Learn to analyze details: Get all the facts, all the input. Learn from your mistakes.

7 Focus your time and money: Don’t let other people or things distract you.

8 Don’t be afraid to innovate; be different: Following the herd is a sure way to mediocrity.

9 Deal and Communicate with people effectively: No person is an island. Learn to
understand and motivate others.

10 Be honest and dependable; take responsibility: Otherwise, Numbers 1-9 won’t matter.
Preferred Cinemas: Vue West End, Cineworld Haymarket, Finchley Rd, Odeon West End, Odeon Leicester Square, Cineworld Shaftesbury Ave, Odeon Panton St, Holloway Rd, West India Quays or anywhere in central London.

Hi, i have another one for this week

When you are happy you enjoy the music, when you are sad you understand the lyrics

Bit deep for a midweek morning if your in a environment where there is music playing , but hey that's inspiritation for you , it can come at any time... as it goes it Baz Luhrmanns everybody's free to wear sunscreen ..... Don’t worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.

I believe that's 2 from me today !

Have a great day !

With Lincoln due out soon I thought it suitable to use some of his quotes. So here are three:

"In the end, it's not the years in your life that count. It's the life in your years"

"Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other"

"I do the very best I know how - the very best I can; and I mean to keep on doing so until the end"
