That's not good!
Well, I started to read the book on the bus journey to work this morning, and already the first chapter is totally different from the film, it is an easy read, and I nearly missed my stop, I was so engrossed!![]()
(ssssh, I picked this one up for free! So when I finish, I will release it into the "wild" (Bookcrossing.com), or pass it to you to continue its journey? Thanks for the offer!

Re: Safe Haven
Seen this today at Croydon.
This film was far too long and no action. There were a couple of twists but apart from that I couldn't stop looking at my watch.
There was gorgeous scenery which did make me want to visit but nothing else. A film that should have gone straight to DVD.

I quite liked this! Fairly predictable, but I really like Julianne Hough and the scenery was beautiful. Kind of a Sleeping with the Enemy update for the 21st century

Re: Safe Haven
I though this was entertaining enough, nothing to write home about though. I thought the acting was poor and the film was overlong and dragged on a bit. It was quite dark (I have not seen the trailer or new what it was about) which surprised me. I though it was gonna be some soppy romance film!

A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"
A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

Strangely entertaining despite the obvious Swiss cheese-size plot holes:
How can she been "wanted" for first degree murder? Where's the body? Who did she kill? I know she was married to a dodgy copper who cooked it up but how can fake wanted posters go up all over America without it being checked out?
