I agree no problems for me either, when you have been reporting problems mine has been fine. Just input my last code for the next free month no problem.

If you're not a member of Sun+ you can sign up by clicking the button below

I entered three codes yday and i have 32 banked codes!!
That is the same message I get with the account that closed a couple of days ago but I can still log in to the account that started last week so you will have to contact them and see what is wrong with your account chelle as they have obviously cancelled it despite your banked codes.

yes, i enter codes. website has been down in the past for me too & I got the same reply you did. But I think this is just the stock / scripted reply from an untrained call centre minion, eager to get you off the phone / live chat.

fyi, i have been to the code entry page 3 or 4 times today, to check that it is working & it is.

ps i am aware that people have "lost" banked codes in the past. I would advise NOT to bank codes, just keep any extra codes you have for your future use and only enter them when needed.

I've just asked them again whats going on, here is the response i just got: Liam: I'm afraid so, it has been canceling accounts a day or two earlier than it should have. It should fix itself tomorrow when the accounts renew.

Hes saying its not all accounts after i told him a friend of mine can log in with no probs

I agree re banked codes, I just save them or give them away as I lost the only 1 I ever banked. I tend to save my codes and then input them a couple of times a month rather than every day as I find it easier. I have just tried to enter a code from 27 Feb and it is telling me it has expired as it is over 5 weeks old, yet it let me enter one from the day before no problem

PS Just went back to enter more codes after this post and the 4 codes I had previously put in had disappeared  went away from the page and then back again and they came back, definitely seems to be some problems with the site.
