Re: FMUKCON 2015 - Edinburgh
I've now updated it to allow multiple votes but as MrGlass can't make the 18th April and Yogi can't make 11th April ideally 28th March if most can make it would be perfect as these 2 have been brilliant at both events. Please get voting asap as Andrews says we can then get a better deal on hotels etc (even rent out a country house for the weekend for all of us
).

Re: FMUKCON 2015 - Edinburgh
I see Diane has change the voting mechanism so that we can tick all the days we can make. Thanks Diane!
Yogi, you can tick the other date you can make as well now. Same with the rest of you.
I have been scouting accommodations and I have noticed some of them start peak season charges in April. MArch appears to be a certainty for off peak charges. So it may be worth considering 28th March for our visit in that respect.

and perhaps not....being Scotland it is pretty unpredictable unless you count on rain though April showers come to mind. So don't use weather as a factor when choosing a date.andrews wrote:The weather maybe kinder to us on the 18th April - just a thought.

Ok, have put in all 3 dates as I don't have a preference. MrG, hopefully I will be more mobile for your walks in Edinburgh. Will be looking fforward to seeing the stars through the telescope.

Re: FMUKCON 2015 - Edinburgh
At the moment all three dates are fine by me. 28th March - you will lose an hour on the Sunday morning as that is when the clocks go forward so remember that if booking trains etc.

Actually if any if you are keen to see the skies through my telescope, we would have more time if we do it before the clock goes forward as the sun will set an hour earlier. so 28th march will be the ideal date.
Again for your consideration (off peak accomodation charges, and longer viewing of the cosmic wonders)
I feel like a salesman now :)

I feel like a salesman now :)Obviously I will be good and wait for the date to be finalised but chomping at the bit to get looking for accommodation (it's the addiction to organising in me coming out - not that it was well hidden anyway).

I cannot promote these vouchers enough as I've just done Stafford, got London, Sheffield, Buxton and Glossop all for £6 for 2 people (that is all I have pa*d for all these trips plus thanks to akh43 for giving me some of her vouchers
