It's not a children's movie so I think it's safe to say it has a wider appeal.

bit of a mishmash of stories, you can tell it came from stage, has the self important pretension of an ad lib performance by a bunch of bright teenagers. Its not a great movie at all, but its fun to watch, delivers a staged feel, and is shot in gorgeous forests.

Having said that I enjoyed it a lot, and relaxed from criticising it once I realised that it was supposed to be a bit of a mashup of fairytales rather than one formative storyline.
