I think Wahlberg was a decent enough choice but I don't think he was able to act as the emotional anchor for the audience. Nonetheless the disaster which unfolded was visibly spectacular and gave a sense of the true magnitude of the event. Similarly, I think it would've been nice if we were able to see the aftermath and resolution to the event, in particular the legacy it left behind for those involved and the industry as a whole.
