Neither do I.

I'm being serious. What is knobbing? And what's so funny about knobbing?

I can't believe Ms_Thrifty aka Ms_Posh knows about knobbing and I don't. Impossible!

OK ok type it in google and you will get your answer to two things: the word itself, and why no one is actually spelling its meaning out on here!

Stuartboy, did you have any idea which direction this thread will take when you started it???
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

Largemarge enlightened me via PM but I was abit too :red: to come back and post.

The word doesn't sound like the action you know. So it's really not something you can guess! It reminds me of the time when I started my new job and I offered someone tea and they completely took it out of context (the lady had a dirty filthy mind non stop) and she made it out to be something I didn't even suggest! And it took me two days to understand why they were laughing non stop!!! And even worse, it put me off drinking tea for a very long time. I was glad I left that job after three months.

Also, I'm not going to be googling dirty words Mr Glass!!!!!

Its probably not a word used much these days. Poor Kobbing, I totally apologise for my mucky mind.

Talking of misconcepts, I went for tea with a Scottish family and was asked if I wanted a piece. With the accent I thought she wanted to know if I wanted to go to the toilet. 8O But its a Scottish thing for saying a slice of bread  Iwon't begin to try and explain about a poke 8O
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I wouldn't believe that in a million years. (SunnySaver might since she's almost old enough though).

You are one of the most sweetest and kindest lady that I know of! ;)

Nothing like a fishwife. Way better than that. And certainly not disgraceful. Not at all.
