:giggle: I already have my poledancing degree with honours baby (plus I've got way too many stripper shoes to count!).... ;)

Actually, if you do yoga and pilates you're a natural when it comes to poledancing moves.....all you need is a...um...pole....to well, you know :giggle:

no, seriously its a really fun course- definitely a laugh! People are usually uptight when they start but get less so as it progresses. Oooh its also a lot of fun as part of a hen party!
