I've still to watch part2 of Restless though I did watch part 1 as I hadn't watched it. Part1 was great any I'm going to watch part,2 tonight. Can't wait! Also, I may watch the true story of the Von Trapp family from the Sound of Music fame on BBC2 tonight.

Great, nearly missed the repeat. I watched first 2 episodes months ago, loved it but lost the rest of the series I'd recorded.

Are you watching A Young Doctor's Notebook, raj? If so, that's what I'm watching. I'm quite enjoying it. The tooth-pulling scene in Episode 1 was quite gorey!!

Just got back from an outstanding night at the Bridgewater Hall watching the Halle Orchestra perform pieces from movies.
So many great tunes which brought back so many memories - The Godfather, Star Wars, Bond, Chariots of Fire and more. I thought my highlights were Rocky, Superman, Mission Impossible and an epic (in style and length) Independence Day until the encore...
The conductor walked off to huge applause after the Star Wars finale and everyone was ready to leave after a very entertaining evening, but then he returned and led the audience in a rousing double rendition of Ghostbusters. The sight of the 76 year conductor Carl Davies crying 'Who Ya Gonna Call?" and "Bustin' Makes Me Feel Good" will keep me smiling long into 2013.
If I see something similar I will first in the queue for a ticket. (Not free I'm afraid, but it didn't matter tonight)
