Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
I watched the last ever Wild at Heart even though I've not watched the last series or 2. I must admit I did rather enjoy it and am now a little sorry that I gave up on the series a while ago.

I too watched this and it is one of my favourite programmes and saddened that it has finished. All the programmes I watch have now finishedMcG wrote:I watched the last ever Wild at Heart even though I've not watched the last series or 2. Yogi your night sounds wonderful and memories like that will stay with you forever

Snow White and The Huntsman on DVD
The Aviator on DVD
Ripper Street (BBC1 - not sure about this - first half was a little slow but picked up - will give Episode 2 a try next week)

Forgot - also watched Superstars - BBC1 should bring this back. What a great thing for the kids to see their sporting heroes on a Saturday teatime !

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
To get over Merlin I turned to Homeland Series 1 which I had managed to completely avoid. The first two episodes I watched were pretty good and Claire Danes does bipolarity to a T.

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
I'm still having horrible flashbacks of the final scenes of Merlin...reminiscent of something out of Last of the Summer Wine.valda wrote:I was seriously peed off with the ending of both these showseumenides wrote:To get over Merlin I turned to Homeland Series 1 which I had managed to completely avoid. And more than this I can't believe Colin Morgan (who I thought I would always hold in the highest regard) told the Radio Times:-
"I think now that it's out in the open that this is the final series, I think fans will be satisfied with how it's ended. To do any more would possibly go down an avenue that would lead to people being unsatisfied. I think it's important to end on a high."
'High" ? Was he on crystal meth when he was talking to them ??
My brother has b*ght me Game of Thrones on boxset so I hope this will fulfil the gaping hole Merlin has left.
