I really didn't enjoy the 3D and had to take my glasses off a fair few times. Would prefer it more in 2D and I too, will probably be watching this again.

2) Picturehouse Greenwich
3) Any central London cinema including Islington (excluding Shepherd's Bush, and Whiteleys unless it's some super duper cool film)
4) Odeon Greenwich or Odeon Surrey Quays

Jenny Agutter, that had to be the woman in the crowd they focussed on, during the main battle. I didn't recognise her either.

IMDB has her listed as "Female council member".

I'll always remember her as David's stunning love interest in "An American Werewolf in London" :)

Went to Greenwich Cineworld for the first time tonight with me Ma. A little disappointed we were in one of the smaller screens as I wanted to see the famous balcony. Quite enjoyed this, although probably marginally preferred Captain America. Slightly tempted to catch up with Iron Man...

Oh no!! How have you not seen Iron Man nor The Incredible Hulk?
I assure you, BOTH are far better than Captain America (& Thor imho), and are definitely prerequisites to fully appreciate this one.
Even Iron Man 2 needs to be seen, as weak as it is.

I hardly saw any council member, their images were dark and wearing 3d sunglasses doesn't help matters. They could have been anyone and only one seemed to have anything to say, and it wasn't her. I think imdb might be wrong about this, they're not perfect.
