Bad news for all of you watching The Event. Its cancelled. And I dont think we're gonna get any proper resolution ending either, just a normal Season finale.

It might be picked up by another network though. Personally, I found it lacking in character. It didnt grip me enough.

That's always the problem though isnt it? Getting hooked onto something with a large story arc only to find there is no proper ending. These networks dont give a damn about their viewers, no respect to at least greenlight a wrap up episode.

Brothers and Sisters has been cancelled - Oh no!! love that show. Thursdays on More 4 give me my series staple for the week with The Good Wife and The Closer. But really did enjoy Brothers and Sisters, I'm going to have to give Parenthood a go.

Also really liked the first season of V, but must admit I was less bothered with the second one.

AM catching up with the end of the Vampire DIaries, slightly embarrassing lol. I am getting a bit too old for tweenie dramas now. Its not that bad anyway, now Damon isnt mugging in EVERY shot he gets and Elena isnt that wimpy.

I am waiting for Vampire Diaries Season 2 on DVD and not even embarrassed, hehe.. support the Dobrev !! I am currently watching TVD, Nikita, Desperate Housewives, Game of Thrones, 90210, The Event, Modern Family, Rules of Engagement, The Big Bang Theory, Shit My Dad Says, White Collar (when it comes back) and a few others I am missing.. and that is after I cut back 2/3rds of the shows I watch due to lack of time, but mostly them being stupid

Both The Event and Brothers and Sisters cancelled - why? Ok, it's not nearly as good as for example, The Good Wife (LOVE that show), but it's good entertainment, even though The Event doesn't make much sense and Brothers and Sisters can be a bit sickly.
I am hoping for a second season of The Big C, I thought it was simply outstanding.

Brothers and Sisters had run out of ideas, IMO. Characters kept popping up to add drama then would disappear and plotlines were getting recycled. I think it ran its course.

I do agree that The Good Wife is a brilliant show - superb writing and terrific acting (I especially love Alan Cumming).

After reading this, I am really glad I watch Glee online at US pace:
