I think the rent-a-freezer is a great idea though! An extra fridge or freezer for parties or Christmas would be ideal!

I've got my homemade soups - 2 different ones for Xmas Day and Boxing Day. Lots of frozen snacks for people dropping in, large piece of silverside for Boxing Day, salmon, prawns, frozen gateau, ice cream - and of course - the frozen oven chips!! which I hope will be finished before Xmas Eve to get other things in their place as I don't have a large freezer.

Freezer conversation interruption:

I don't quite know where to post this, but it looks fun, and it's free!

Upload a photo of yourself or loved one to become an elf. Might keep the children amused.

Haha - perhaps I ought to elf myself - going as an elf to this stupid fancy dress christmas dinner thing tonight. Only becuase OK has managed to obtain an reindeer antler and nose set and an elf hat which has stupid ears stuck on it. my previous thought of going as an angel is not happening as I don't have wings or a halo or even anything white to wear. Bad planning on my part. Bah Humbug (only for tonight!)...

OMG I have just received an email congratulating me on winning ANOTHER bag of McCains oven chips.Image

Am I really lucky :noo: or is it no one else wants them and that is why I keep getting them and not the £5000 that is the main prize. Santa may find he has a plate of chips when he comes down the chimney instead of his usual biscuit or cake! :xmas:
