Just ordered the first series of the original Star Trek.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

I tried the 1st episode of Borgias 3 times and failed miserably. I haven't given up though, I think I just wasn't in the right mood for it. If it wasn't for OH I wouldn't be watching Game of Thrones either, too many characters, too many names, if he didn't explain to me what happens most of the time I would have lost interest a long time ago...

Are they remastered? Because recently, they remastered every single episode suping up the effects nicely, no strings and wobbles. And more importantly, no intrusion on any character stuff unlike what Lucas does with his Star Wars :roll:

Having said that, there is always a certain charm in watching the original obvious toyish effects...so I am a bit torn between the two versions.

IMDB had it as 2013, so 2012 is an improvement I guess :D

It is the remastered versions, they were cheaper for some reason.

Awake looks good and even if it isn't - hello to Jason Isaacs!

Person of Interest looks promising with Michael Emerson starring, what a great actor. Shame his project with Terry O'Quinn never got off the ground. Is it just me or is JJ Abrams 'executive producing' EVERYTHING these days?

Not sure about Alcatraz. Looks like it could be another Flashforward and very polished and slick but just not that good. Hope I'm wrong.
