Re: Christmas
Wish I had the same problem, I can't stop seeing things that I would like for myself, good job I have almost finished my Christmas gift shopping as I am getting very distracted by all of the shiny things!
Re: Christmas
Been trying to b*y plain silver lametta and apart from the fact that most shop assistants haven't the foggiest what it is no-one seems to sell it anymore apart from some horrid florescent white or pink in Paperchase...... anyone know where I can get some?
Preferred cinemas:
Central London and North London as far north as the Hampstead Everyman including Picturehouse Hackney/Notting Hill Gate - but not Wood Green and North Finchley as they are just a bit too far.

Re: Christmas
I know very well what lametta is but isn't it, ahem, a bit 80s?
I haven't spent a thought on Christmas yet and it will be a boring one this year as I have given up on going home to Germany this time - I need to get my eyes sorted properly first and have a proper rest instead of gadding about a snowy Germany. On the plus side I will finally experience English Christmas TV and the shocker that Eastenders regularly has in stall for New Year's Eve.
