Guess it just wasn't me then....
Would've loved to get tickets for this but the remaining price categories are a bit much, especially for an event thats not more than an hour or so... :(

I'm still waiting for my tickets for the tennis. I think you will be notified when they send them out as they need to be signed for. I guess they are starting to send them out from the end of May up until the start of the games.

We got our tickets yesterday. They were specially delivered and we had an email before telling us something was coming (looked like a spam email but it was genuine) and then a follow-up email saying tickets had been delivered.

We saw the torch in Gateshead on Friday evening! Bear Grylls zip-wired from the top of the Tyne Bridge to the Gateshead side of the river, and then someone else carried it over the Millennium Bridge to Newcastle. There was a small lighting the cauldron ceremony and then it was all over. However, it didn't rain, and the crowds were in good spirits. Today the torch leaves Durham Cathedral, where it has stayed overnight, and is heading off on its journey to Yorkshire.

I got my tickets for the Closing Ceremony of the Paralympic Games last week! 4x travelcards zone 1-9 included too!! Looking forward to this!

Unfortunately, I did not make to get any Olympics tickets :(! If you are aware of any place that we can apply for competitions, or where to still get some tickets, please let me know!!! I was in London when we were chosen to host the Games, and would love to be there to watch at least One sport!!
