I have been on hold now for almost 1 hour and 28 minutes to Thomson Customer Welfare!

Unbelieveably bad customer service if you ask me!

P.S. I am definitely still connected as the agent keeps coming back to apologise for the wait as she tries to sort my enquiry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And all they need to do is arrange wheelchair assistance i.e. help getting on/off the plane and taxi transfers for my boss...................

I deal with all the hassle and he gets the luxury of a cruise around the Greek Islands. Something is defintely wrong with this scenario!!!
