No, I didn't know about it - I used to get the Sunday Times delivered and by doing that qualified for Culture Plus membership. The Times then decided to cut the delivery service in our area (but not in the more well-heeled parts of London). We were a bit fed up with them over this - and the fact that they don't seem to do the film screenings anymore, so I no longer b*y the paper.
