Guys, also, its commonly known that the UK version of Netflix is absolutely dismal compared to the USA version which has WAY WAY more content than the UK one. Mainly because of licensing issues the American version has lot more licenses to show loads more stuff whereareas in UK not so much.

Anyway, its very easy to change your UK netflix to USA Netflix , its NOT illegal and its only just slightly frowned upon and there is nothing to stop you from changing over to the USA version and enjoying all their content.

The below link from the PCadvisor website gives a bit more detail and shows you exactly how to change over to the US version. On a laptop its REALLY easy , really really easy. On a pS3 or games console not as easy but still easy enough .

Enjoy !

I originally got Netflix tried it out and liked it. Then tried Love film and found it not as good. Went back to Netflix and am more than happy with that choice. Netflix has a better lay out (imho) for viewing what is available and the tv box set collections are immense. I very rarely watch tv now as I start on a Netflix boxed series and then hardly watch anything else until I have viewed all the episodes! Just finished Fringe this week (All 88 episodes in a one month period.... in my defence I am on sick leave just now and have very little else I can do at the moment).

LF have phoned me several times to try and get me to go back and for feedback why I left. One of their reps even said that a lot of people had said Netflix layout was better.

I have access to both

If you are just streaming netflix has more of a choice than lovefilm does. However if you signing up to lovefilm by post then I think the selection is bigger and better.

Lovefilm is now going to be rebranded as Amazon Prime Instant Video. That roles off the tongue!

For those interested, Amazon is putting on an introductory offer of £49 for a full year of Prime Instant Video, which includes both streaming and next day delivery.

The service will launch on the February 26. Those who sign up before then will get the £49 deal. The normal price will be £79 a year and you get the free next day delivery of parcels, access to Kindle Readers Library and the old Lovefilm stuff
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Hi valda - is that you cat in the picture? I used to have a seal point, a tabby seal point and a lilac point(i think it was called). Siamese cats are just the greatest although they are super demanding also :D
