Hahaha! :D I wish they would call him "Sir Alan" again, it's much more sinister than "Lord Sugar". But yeah, I think he fired the right person.

I think the right one went although I think Joanna's days are numbered. Be interesting to see if she tones it down a bit, thought it was funny when she had slagged Joy for apologising all the time then she did it when talking about her idea :P which looked like a badly put up tent pole.

That book thing was horrible. I love to read, but I would never b*y that. It looks cheap, is plasticky and fiddly to put together, will be blown over by wind instantly and problably be broken after the second attempt to put it together. How any major retailer ever thought there is something in it beats me. However, if they had placed an order, Joanna would have been the heroine of the day. Also, Lord Sugars seems to like feisty women - a lot of them have made it to the top two although never winning - Saira Khan, Ruth Badger, Claire Young to name a few. Infuriatingly, he lets them advance almost all the way then proclaims "Oh you will get far, I am not worried about you, I am picking the other one."

THE single worst product design I have seen in the history of anything ever. And quote of the series so far: "I think, Laura, this is a pathetic result."

What a disaster the women's team was. Horrible, horrible idea. I cannot imagine what Boots saw in it, beyond the name. I wasn't surprised Joanna didn't get the sack. Sugar always gives the trouble makers a chance to change their evil ways. It'll be interesting to see how she carried herself over the next couple weeks.

On the guys side, it all went really well save for the awful pitching of blonde-guy-whatever-his-name-is. Only 2 episodes in, Stella looks golden. At this point she's heads and shoulders above everyone else.

One more comment about that shite book thing: So one would need to take it out to turn the page right? How bloody annoying would that be? Awful. Beyond awful, actually.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

Yes, I thought that myself, everytime you have to turn a page you need to take it out of the plastic contraption. Can you see someone do that longer than 10 minutes?

Joanna truly annoys me. I wanted to staple her mouth together.
