I see what your saying about the tone of the voices, but I liked Stella all the way through, if she hadn't of won I would of liked Liz to win if she hadn't got herself fired!!

Looking forward to watching it when I get home.......from what seems like the longest shift everrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

To be honest, I had always favoured Stella but I did like Chris' Prism bottle enormously and even the advert. He should have made sure the drink had a clear colour though. Also, his speech delivery was a lot less monotonous than any earlier speeches. So I thought he had actually done pretty well, but he had been a bit of a blagger in earlier tasks.

Stella's drink did NOT look like vinegar (maybe a bit like olive oil but it was a lovely honey colour), and I thought the name was inspired. I did think the advert was boring though but she got the audience eating out of her hand, and her team loved her. The only thing I didn't like at all, and it was really uncharacteristic of her, was that she turned on Chris in the boardroom and said he hadn't got enough passion. I don't know why Lord Sugar didn't pull her up on that, she should have only talked about herself, and I felt she got a bit desperate there.

But all in all a super deserved win.

Funny when she started talking about Chris and his lack of passion, I thought it was really uncharacteristic too and thought she might be losing the plot....

I loved Stella since week 2, she showed teamwork and leadership skill when it necessary. But I was too a bit frustrated when she attacked Chris in the final boardroom. She never do that in any boardroom before.May be, she was a bit nervous when Lord Sugar was praising Chris. That's her only flaw throughout this process.
I have to admit Chris' bottle is very exciting (but mass packaging going to be highly difficult!) but Stella's branding URBON is genius. I don't think Stella's looked like a vinegar bottle. I think at the last second of his decision,Lord Sugar was weighing between a ready package with all the necessary skill and experience but slightly older or a fresh young candidate with excellent education background that ready to be mould. And I guess he finally realized he needs someone that is ready there and then to take a project and start working on it! Not just based on the last task, but the 11 weeks performances speaks louder for Stella.

Totally agree

That's the end of my most fav 2010 weekly show (followed by X-factor and Strictly...)... and 2 out of 3 favs won, is not a bad record for me!! Stella and Matt Cardle yeayyyy!!! Matt Baker came 2nd ( ok I guess...Kara was VERY good). To add honey on top... Matt Cardle's single is 2010 Christmas Number 1. Hurraaaa 2010 Image

I'm very happy for Stella. She definitely deserved it. I agree about her boardroom outburst, so much so that I was wondering if she had screwed herself out of it. I'm glad that wasn't the case, because she was incredible throughout the process. And did she ever look radiant on You're Hired. And Nick really does heart "shooting star" Stella, not that I can blame him.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I think I did what everyone else did - Stella came up with the name and branding and I thought "that's it she's won". I did like the whole concept of Chris' but the bottle reminded me of a perfume bottle. I did say to hubby that as his bottle was a more unique shape than manufacturing costs would be higher but they did not seem to mention this at all.

I didn't like Stella bringing Chris into her final plea but she probably did feel like she needed to show how fired up she was for the job.

What disappointed me most was the "you're hired" bit of the programme. They spent far more time talking with Chris than they did with Stella and I would have liked to have heard what she had to say!

In 2005 Evian did a pyramid shaped bottle with a red top. It looked so marvellous that I commented on it in the restaurant that put it on our table, and they gave us the bottle to take home! I later discovered that a friend of mine also had a bottle displayed at home but she had to b*y it on ebay! So yes, it might be more expensive to manufacture, but it's a great marketing idea.
