Thank you so much - just got on the scales (not weigh in day today) to see how much I have put on over the weekend and I'm shocked to say nothing 8O anything that was put in front of me I ate, I was convinced it would be at least a couple of lbs - its got to be the walking so I'm happy.
Biggins it is a wonderful city and I would get yourself there if the opportunity arises and you have to celebrate special birthdays so you are allowed cake etc.

Ciao tutti, Buona mattina!

Hope everyone here is OK. I'm nursing a bit of sunburn on my face, neck and shoulders (through swimming in an outdoor pool) but it's nothing too serious!

Pleased to say that I've checked my weight following my return from my hols and although I was 5 (Eeek) pounds heavier when I got back on Friday evening 8O - I'm now just one pound heavier that I was before I went away - so I'm pleased with that. Just shows what a few too many Spaghetti Carbonarras, Tagliatelles, Bruschettas and red wines can do. Hopefully by my Wednesday weighday (tomorrow) I'll be back down to what I was before I went.

Just rushing to get ready to meet up with my pals for today's bike ride - so I'll make some time to catch up with what you've all been up to later on, and post some more later on today. :D
