Hey all, glad to hear everyone is doing well - very impressed with everyone as ever!

Clare, have to agree with the others that you're being wise to take it easy and not be too hard on yourself. Best to work on quality of life, with a better diet than create more pain by doing something that's not ideal for your own circumstances.
Have to say, we're almost the same age, and I really do think dinner these days is so much more fun than even dancing the night away. I guarantee the night will be as late as usual, but with good food and good conversation (and hopefully less of a hangover)!

Keep up the great work everyone. Shall report back soon but, briefly, am expanding nicely. :D

I'm ashamed to say I didn't do my DVD last night - the first time I've said I will exercise and I haven't. The excuse is I worked until 7.15 hence didn't eat until 8 so was too full to exercise before bed as it wakes me up if I do it too late. Why didn't I get up early as I wasn't in work until 9.30am? :nono:

Menu of the day:
Cornflakes with all bran and a black coffee (300 calories)
Unlike me I have to still decide re lunch and dinner 8O
I know it will sound mad but the protector on my tooth is a bit bigger than my other teeth so its the first one to hit my bottom molars hence can't chew as such and the molars on the other side don't meet now so can't use the other side. Hence a bit fed up of soup etc but I will have to get my act together and think of other ideas. 2 weeks to go and I will be sorted o/

I will definitely do my DVD today.

What is everyone up to today? Lovely to have input from the lovely anakin and jojojoanne. o/

None of us are on Diets ;) we are all on new healthy regimes! o/ I have never been to zumba classes but I hear they are great fun. Maybe join one some day to see how I like it. I am well passed the boogie all night age so have to do something else in its place!!! :p

Had a bowl of fruit and fibre with blueberries this morning. Going out for a pub lunch with hubby (another Groupon voucher! ) so will have a snack later tonight so hopefully will not be too many carbs today.

Diane, you are being too hard on yourself! You are allowed the occasional lapse or else the rest of us will feel entirely unworthy!

Thanks for the invite Havingascreen but I see David Lloyds have a zumba class on a Friday and as I am member there it would be free so I may try it one day.

Nice to see you back on here again. o/ Haven't seen you at the cinema recently either. We all thought you had got lost after your holiday.
