Hey all, glad to hear everyone is doing well - very impressed with everyone as ever!
Clare, have to agree with the others that you're being wise to take it easy and not be too hard on yourself. Best to work on quality of life, with a better diet than create more pain by doing something that's not ideal for your own circumstances.
Have to say, we're almost the same age, and I really do think dinner these days is so much more fun than even dancing the night away. I guarantee the night will be as late as usual, but with good food and good conversation (and hopefully less of a hangover)!
Keep up the great work everyone. Shall report back soon but, briefly, am expanding nicely.
