Quite right. Both he and the guy he punched are being represented by solicitors, I hope it's not pa*d out of our licence fee.

Sadly it is now being confirmed that this was a deliberate act on the part of the co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz, age 28, a German National.
Screams have been heard on the recorder and therefore the passengers were aware in those last minutes that they were going to crash. God help them.

I've just got back from Berlin this morning & this has virtually been permanently on the television while we were out there.
It is incredibly sad and shocking.
