That meal sounds lovely Biggins - great value too o/ I trust you lunched with someone else though and didn't eat two pizzas by yourself :nono:

Thanks for the good luck message Diane o/ It seems to have worked, despite you trying to lead me astray last Saturday. It was lucky that I just had a little salady type stuff ;) Anyhow I've lost a pound o/

Will post my today's meal plan later - just off out now to perform my school taxi role :D

Well done Preston another lb is good after all your gluttony at the weekend. ;)

Just been for a swim in the outdoor pool which was great and now packing a bag for us going to a hotel tonight. It is our wedding anniversary and the cost of the hotel with a three course meal on the Itison offer works out cheaper than going into town for a meal. No wonder I b*y all these deals. Hoping for scrambled eggs and smoked salmon for breakfast tomorrow Preston. :cross:

Don't think the hotel has free wifi but will take my laptop just in case.

Well done Preston that is brilliant :cheer: Glad to see that Biggins is on my side with no mention of the salad which was supposed to be on your plate :shifty:
The swim sounds refreshing and happy anniversary from me o/

Havingascreen the lemon drizzle cake sounds wonderful

I've maintained my weight so I'm happy and I've done more or less the same for 2 weeks now. So I can have 3 large treats per week as long as I do 4 lots of exercise per week and keep to 1200-1500 a day on the other days. I will keep doing my weekly weigh in to make sure I don't slide.

First off, :cheer: Happy Anniversary Biggins and Mr Biggins :cheer:

I've got my fingers crossed too for your smoked salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast for tomorrow morning. I may have it again myself as well I think o/

Thanks to everyone for the "well done on losing that pound" wishes. I know it's only one pound and that I was actually 2 pounds lighter than I am now, a couple of weeks back, but I'm still happy to be going in the right direction once again.

Well done Rawr on securing the anytime gym access.....and have fun at the shops o/

Two things - 1) I never said "salad" - I said "a little salady type stuff" ...and...
2) I think if you'll cast your mind back, you will recall that there was both a broccoli and a cauliflower floret amongst the food on my second plate. In my book that's salady type stuff o/ :p

Congratulations on maintaining the weight Diane - You've seriously done fantastically well! o/

Hey - I just wanted to say, though....There's really no need for an overly flowery public display of your thanks to me for keeping you in check somewhat at Saturday's Chinese Buffet, Diane. I'd do the same for any good friend ;)

A bit late I know.... but here's my today's meal thingy:

1) Raspberry low-fat bio yoghurt with an added handful of chunks of cantaloupe melon. Black coffee.

2) Hand made (but not by me :shifty: ) cod fish cake with "a creamy cheddar cheese and lemon centre, coated in bespoke crisp breadcrumb", served with shredded sweetheart cabbage, chantenay carrots and homemade (by me this time o/) tomato sauce.

3) lemon sole (lots of fish today ;) ) with broccoli, sweetheart cabbage, grilled courgettes. The last of the tomato sauce (to liven the veggies up a little).

4) Tea (Earl Grey), Toast and duck pate.

Be good, have fun, drink water! :D

A rather fishy day yesterday Mr Preston1990 and where on earth you accepted credit for my eating on Saturday is beyond me  ;) . I hope that Biggins is having a wonderful time.

Menu of the day:
Belvita biscuits and a yoghurt (300 calories) You're meant to have a piece of fruit with it but I'm too full (I can eat anyone under the table (I know its not something to be proud of just proving how filling they are  )
6 Jacobs savours with pate and cucumber followed by a yoghurt and an apple (375 calories)
Roast chicken on toast (400 calories) I will up my veg tomorrow

Rest day due to lack of time as I'm going to the Jameson screening with the lovely akh43 and the delightful steve. May include a brisk walk if we can't park nearby.

Have fun everyone.
