Swiss Cottage is newly done up and will have an Imax screen. NO idea about Crawley though

Seriously, it's OK but almost any other chain's sites, anywhere, are better than a scruffy, visibly-ageing out-of-town multiplex on a "Leisure Park" as Crawley is. Plenty of free parking but still gets very busy at peak times as shared with gym and half a dozen popular chain restaurants; parts of car park badly flooded in wet weather; building itself dingy, reeks of stale fast food, carpeted areas are worn and dirty, other flooring sticky from spilled drinks, broken/damaged seats in auditoria don't get repaired, etc. Nothing that some money and tlc wouldn't cure and if you're seeing a decent film, it should make up for the surroundings.
