One of the noisiest screenings i've been too, I had 2 rustlers with me grrrr! I quite enjoyed this movie although it was a tad long. I watched the first Captain America last night and wasnt very impressed! However the second was much better 8/10 o/ We stayed behind for the end credits and after watching the first clip, moved down the stairs where all the security were(pahh was there any need for all of them??) and i mentioned there being another clip when one of the security said nah theres no more to see, the guy who introduced the film (and gave us the warning to switch our phones off) said we may be surprised....well i already knew there was another as previous posts on here told me so :p the clip came, the guy said ahh you were right...i turned and said mamas always right! and walked out lol knobhead...

P.S That Chris Evans is a honey! hubba hubba

Last night was my second viewing of this film and much better than the first as I sat near to the back in the middle of the row, as I have heard this is the best place to sit for 3D films. Like the others I didnt think it needed the 3D. I liked that Nick Fury did a bit more than just stand around.
Though never for a minute did I think he was actually dead.
Also liked the Falcon, not a character I am familiar with. The action scenes were better from further back, I enjoyed it last week, but much better on the second viewing as I could see more. This time stayed for the second end credits, missed it last time. Still not as good as Ironman 3, I think a bit more humour would have helped. I would give it 8.5/10.

Basically another fair stay-busy movie for Phase2.
It's a superhero film, is any of it likely to be probable?? lol

Considering the magnitude of the film, I was very surprised that Greenwich wasn't "standing room only" - there were quite a number of spare seats. As for the film, an enjoyable & solid instalment to the Marvel series. I preferred it to the first Captain America, even though there were parts where it dragged.

Arguably the worst 3D I've experienced in a while though - so blurry & largely pointless, but that may have been the cinema?!?

It does surprise me how many people leave Marvel films early. The first of the post-credit trailers had me a wee bit excited for I suspect an Avengers 2 plot.

All in all, a solid 7/10

Now I must dash... if anyone needs me, I'll be staring at copious pictures of the ridiculously hot red headed Scarlett Johansson dressed as Black Widow

Now here's a question: How does one leave the film before the end of the credits, having already seen the film and said end-credit sequences, without appearing totally ignorant? Must one announce to all as one leaves that one has already seen them? Lol. Conundrum

So glad I traipsed all across town to Odeon Greenwich last night for this.

Arrived in very good time too, but that is more than I can say for OH, who was unfashionably late, and I was told by security if he had not arrived by 6.30pm, he will not be let in. Understandable, I hate the interruptions by latecomers, whether it is OH or not, and would teach him a lesson if he was not let in! The lovely door attendant let me wait inside so I did not miss the film, if OH did not get there in time. OH arrived with 5 minutes to spare! I was not impressed.

We had a brief intro saying no phones and recording equipment etc before the film started. And then the person seated next to me gasped with excitement and surprise that the film started straightaway!

The film was absolutely brilliant, thrilling and exciting! An intelligent, political thriller, and what a climax. Chris Evans was really outstanding in the role, just love him and his character, so modest. Scarlett Johansson as the Black Widow is exactly as expected. Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soldier is bit of a dish. Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford, excellent.
(I knew Nick Fury did not die, that was so predictable).
However, what is it with the 3D, at the beginning everything was all blurry and so dark, thought it was me and my poor eyesight at first!

Well, I always stay till the bitter end, I must be the only one who really loves reading the credits! So it is a delight to get clips mingle with them, as films now seems to be doing more and more. But I did not mind, just could not get enough! haha. They could carry on showing clips all night.

9/10 only because of the poor 3D!

If you ever watch Once Upon A Time he is Jefferson/The Mad Hatter, one of the bit characters that turn up ever so often.

You mean you don't have a t-shirt which says at the back "I've seen the post credit scenes. Haven't you?"

That was bloody awful and I usually like Marvel movies. These are the dullest superheroes I've ever seen and the pretensions towards relevance are kind of embarrassing. What a waste of potential.
