I'm obviously well out of step with other reviews, but I was looking at my watch very early on, cringing and wishing the film would end, predictable story, with American humour. I'm glad I didn't waste any money actually b*ying a ticket, how silly was the falling out of the tree bit? My friend laughed a bit and we decided a 5/10 but I've re thought and 2/10 is generous considering the idiot moments including the baseball game and wet knickers jokes, yuk. Horses for courses eh? btw loved The Proposal and The Hangover and Bride Wars.

Saw this in Wimbledon Odeon. Cinema was only a half full. Thought the film was a bit slow to get started but it got funnier. Definitely chemistry between the two leads but it beggars belief that a character as beautiful as Katherine Heigel would need lessons on how to land a guy!

i saw it in wimbledon yesterday -
dovetail if you heard anyone having a coughing fit that was me. I was creased up on many occasions and combined with my cough left me breathless lol

i've long been a fan of heigel from roswell high and butler from lucy sullivan is getting married so i was looking forward to this
and it did not dissapoint from the cringeworthy falling out the tree face in naked crotch scene to vibrating knickers (didnt know any such thing existed lol) - i have to give it 9.5 as i couldnt possible give out a 10

Saw this at Vue Shepherds Bush last night, it was 98% full. Enjoyed the film even though the story was predictable, lots of laughing from the audience would give it 8/10.

i saw this yesterday in hatfield. i was really looking forward to it, but was quite disappointed. i must be getting more discerning, as i'm usually quite easily pleased, but this only gets a 5/10 from me.

usually love rom-coms but I agree, this just wasn't very funny and was too predictable. Was bored very quickly. Would give it about 4/10

Odeon Covent Garden filled up quickly. The film was of course predictable but it was funny even if it was rather crude where The Proposal was sqeaky clean! phunkygal looked a bit stony-faced but then that's not her type of film. My two German friends laughed heartily though and pronounced the film great and previews a fantastic idea.

7.5/10

On the way back to the tube station fate would have it that we encountered an Ugly Truth poster on cardboard leaning on the pavement, which someone had taken down off the wall. It was a bit fray at the edges but I thought if no one wants it I am having it! So there are now countless photos of me on the underground with a huge film poster, on behalf of my amused friends!

Saw this at the Odeon Mansfield yesterday, thought the beginning was a bit slow but after about the first 10 minutes the film picked up – most enjoyable, funny chick flick film. With the exception of the folks who came in half an hour late talking VERY loud.
