Mine is fairly boring compared to some of you guys...my initials are jj and my husband is called Tex and no he's not an American cowboy before you ask (his whole family have weird sorry meant to type unusual names)

I always seem to use the same username for different sites, so I thought I would pick something different this time. I'd just made a batch of cookies not long before I registered, so it seemed appropriate....! (sorry, they're all gone now so I can't share!)

I find it really hard to think of a good username, so it is interesting to hear how others choose theirs. I just took the meaning of my name added xcool. Not very inventive.

Mine is a nickname from University that kind of took on a life of it's own. There are some people I met in Uni that don't know my real name and think I'm actually called Brad :) Still, how were they to know it's not my real name when everyone I lived with called me Brad? I guess this is what happens when you move in to a house and there's someone in there already with your name...

A village in rural Scotland where I grew up!
I fancied a change when we had to re-register!

I guess that since you were at the Edinburgh screening of Julie & Julia you have moved from the Perthshire area and now stay in or around Edinburgh. You said you changed your username when you re-registered what was it before? Maybe meet you at a screening sometime - Marjoreemarjora and I now have a chat when we see each other at the Edinburgh screenings.

Hi,

Grew up in Alyth and Blairgowrie then hit Aberdeen before moving down here to Edinburgh just over 10 years ago.

Commonly called "jillsa" elsewhere.

I've no doubt seen you both as you get to "know the faces" so to speak!

No sreenings next week - what am I going to do??!!
