That's an interesting difference between the UK version.

People tend to behave differently in the boardroom compared to the tasks so would be quite useful to see people's personalities switch when under pressure.

I wonder if they'll act differently and think before bringing up issues with people watching.

I noticed with American Apprentice and American Big Brother, its a lot more competitive and scheming, plots and pacts are encouraged. Its a lot more cut throat over there, the fact that the other team are watching makes no difference, its dog eat dog. So far the women have lost both tasks.
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I really hope Helen (Hermione) wins too as she has proven to be the best so far in reaching top sales targets, she works well with others and she has a good way with people. Tom aka Harry Potter will probably steal the crown with his inventively magical ways. Even though Susan is a girl she's takes the crown for being weasly whiney.

LOL

Susan is cho chang. digression, my apologies but I have finally caught up with the threads.

I am surpised tom won, tbh, hes nice but at sea at times. some of the girls were better than him, even susan. but its nice to see sugar picked someone with a nice personality, tom rarely sad anything bad about anyone, he was the rafa nadal of the show.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

Yeah that is one thing I liked about Tom, more than the others, the fact that he was very genuine and nice whereas some of the others would be all nice and sweet outside but as soon as they got inside the boardroom, everything changes.

I cant beleive Helen's last plee for victory was basically making another Greggs chain. Killed herself off saying that.

Although been peeking and knowing who's the winner, just managed to watch the Finale just now. I'm happy to watch cause my fav won. hehehe :) after saying, he never see any engineer make it big in business world, he finally chose an engineer as his business partner. talk about cliché huh! Lord Sugar knew he needs one to have an actual realistic tangible business. From what I understand he wanted to invest in the existing business (nail filer??) rather than venturing into a new one (the chair!!). Kind of taking advantage of sweet Tom?

The minute Helen decided to voice out her 2nd proposal, it showed how desperate she is. From the point on, we can see Lord Sugar lost interest in her. I like both finalist but has always rooting for Tom (and still like Jim...hehehe). Tom is not assertive but we can see he's very intelligent. He needs to rethink about the HANDS UP thingy... never work when everyone else is very aggressive

CONGRATS & ALL THE BEST TO TOM o/

I hated Helen ever since she tried to steal the project managing role from someone else on the second day of a task. That was such a conniving thing to do as obviously she knew the other woman wouldn't say yes.
