I'm a student. Found out about the site because I love films and was interested in advance screenings. If I had to choose my favourite genre is probably action movies but to be honest I enjoy pretty much everything. The last film I saw was Spotlight and really enjoyed it - been to the cinema loads recently because there's been so many good films out, THANK YOU awards season!

My name is Siân. I moved here recently from Canada as I was born in London and always felt like I should live amongst my "people" at some point. I've worked at film festivals since 2010 (got back from Sundance recently!) and lived in both Toronto and NYC, so I'm still getting used to the entirely different theatrical film market here. And the prices of tickets, ouch. But I'm making the most of it with memberships and websites like this! I currently intern for Women & Hollywood, a feminist film website, and I also founded a feminist film society with branches in Toronto, NYC and SF and am thinking about starting it here too.

Hello Everyone.

I'm Adam, I'm almost 2 meters tall (its the first thing everyone notices so I thought I would lead with this)and I love love going to the movies.

I use to work in Drama department at the BBC and loved creating wonderful new and exciting programmes but now have since sold my sole and am now working for TV. Making noisy programmes with glossy floors and lots of ACTION and EXCITEMENT. lol.

What else... hmmm Oh I have lived in London for 18 years now, originally from OZ and not the Wizard of OZ. Its not a very interesting story but my being here all came about by having a bad day at work. My boss annoyed me so much that i marched down stairs, in my North Sydney office, and b*ght myself a one way ticket to London. A dramatic way of dealing with stress but hey, each to their own. I have thought out heading back but London and the UK is far too exciting to think about that yet (or in fact ever??!!)

So thats a little bit about me. Am excited to be on here with you all and hope to interact with you soon.
