When I sometimes feel low I go through motivational videos off YouTube. I find them very useful and inspiring o/ They're the kind that make the hairs on the back of your neck stand on end and more importantly they will help you pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Happy to share if you think you may find them useful.

Interestingly, a lot of them include footage from films!
