Hi all,
I'm doniuk and I'm new! I never posted anything on a forum before so this is a first and I apologize if i'm getting it wrong.
I love films. In a previous life I was an academic 'studying' them. Now I have the luxury of just enjoying them and I love going to previews.
Favorite films? It's impossible to answer that question, too many share first place but I will mention a few: Brief Encounter, Leaving Las Vegas, Fight Club, Before Sunrise, Bellissima and I know I'm leaving out at least 90% of the others!
One of the last films I watched at the cinema is I Daniel Blake. It's intensely moving and daringly honest. I went to see it twice. Everyone should see it.
I hope to see more films with FMUK and to share them with people on the forums.
