I am having an interesting day. My glasses snapped last night while out on a corporate evening (which was lovely, amazing food, OH got very merry with the champagne and the cocktails), and when I brought them to Optix this morning they said repair might cost around £40 (which is fine) but will take a week as they have to send the glasses off. Luckily I have another pair of glasses but they have a different strength so I have really tired eyes now, trying to adjust!
On the other hand, I found the perfect pair of trousers in M&S (no mean feat, believe me), have more cinema tickets than I can use and got pa*d today (which is early). The bonus payments will be processed for next Wednesday. I don't know how much though yet!

Oh right, those!
My sister just called to ask if I had spoken to Dad to go on holiday with us. She then shouted at me for five minutes saying she knew I'd fail and that she bets I'm just FMUKing around before putting the phone down.
She wasn't wrong. I don't know how manage to waste my day but I do. I've been on here all day!!!
The worst bit is she's going to be home in an hour when she'll continue to shout at me for longer. Oh joy of joys. Can't wait.
