I don't think so. You can't charge for something that says free in capital letters. I'm sure that's against trading standards. Better ask the lawyer.

But if whsmith are selling it along with other retailers then it is probably not illegal!

My WH Smith doesn't sell it. And I'm sure if you call the manager of the branch and highlight the fact that this will be posted on public forums about their ethics of selling free papers then you'll walk out with the paper for free.

I guess if it doesn't say "Not for resale" then perhaps they'll have a leg to stand on. Still disagree in selling free things.

A_HOODIE IF YOUR SISTER PHONES TO SHOUT AT YOU, GET A PIECE OF PAPER RUSTLE IT BY THE PHONE AND SAY 'THE LINE'S BAD, I CAN'T HEAR YOU!' I've no idea why I decided to format that as huge, but since I started, I'd thought I'd finish.

pxc: you've seen 10 films already?! I thought I was doing well with three. BTW, I wrote that earlier post before I saw you... I'm not going mad :)!

Tilly: did Isobel see Tangled in 3D? Have you got her a pair of baby 3D glasses?!
