I'd go L.A.Confidential and it if the Michael Caine version, Get Carter. If not, The Shiningweirdfilms33 wrote:Greetings all. I need help. As part of a Christmas present I'm allowed to choose two from the following to get on DVD, which ones?

Re: Christmas
The Big Lebowski is a cult classic (and an enjoyable film) so that would be one of mine. Then LA Confidential as that's also a standout in its genre.

I've still not seen LEbowski, despite being a Coen Brothers fan and a Bridges fan.Ms Thrifty wrote:The Big Lebowski is a cult classic (and an enjoyable film) so that would be one of mine. Then LA Confidential as that's also a standout in its genre.
LA has such an outstanding cast, all at the beginning of megastardom I reckon.

Re: Christmas
I was never lucky enough to win comps either a_person but as they say "you have to be in to win" and the more you enter the "luckier" you are at winning so try more comps this coming year and you might be pleasantly surprised.a_person wrote: I don't enter comps - I never win.
