I miss bread! I could live on toast as well. Usually I mix my crackers up (risky I know!) and have crackerbread or matzo but I only have ryvita in various flavours in the house lol plus being at home with DS who is 4 I find it quick to make and eat :)

Evening all. Just did an hour on the exercise bike, burnt off a good few calories. Going to relax now and hopefully watch a film or two

I did my first 10k run at the weekend. And have just registered for the mo-run at Heaton Park next month. :o)
Need advice on changing my lunches to loose my lil belly. currently eat a sandwich, low fat crisps and low fat yoghurt. I need something that's quick to make, and can be eaten in the car, as I often have to be on visits over lunch. Help would be appreciated.

Well done on your run. I kind of just strayed into here... Re lunch, I'm not sure bread is that good, but it's hard if you have to eat and drive. Is that what you meant by eating in car?

If you've been exercising and still have a lil belly, is it cos you bloated or need to tone up by doing core stability exercises?

I'm not very good when it comes to nutrition but on the road I like tuna pasta, not in large amounts but the pasta gives you the carbs to push on for the day and it makes a nice change from sandwiches.
Also 10k is fantastic, hope I can do it one day

Good morning birthday boy and calories don't count on your birthday :D
R33ceh well done on your run that is brilliant and as alameals says tuna pasta in tupperware will be perfect to eat in the car, drink lots of water and get doing the Tiffany Rothe workouts to get that sexy back!!

Menu of the day:
Milkshake with a banana and raspberries (300 calories)
Ryvita with coarse mushroom pate followed by a Tesco light choices peach yoghurt (280 calories)
Brushetta and garlic mushrooms (also on bread spread with one cal spray and cooked in the oven for 3 minutes - I do thin slices so I can have more garlic mushrooms and tomatoes) with a green salad dressed with balsamic vinegar (300 calories)
Raspberry yoghurt and fresh pineapple (50 calories - I'm a copy cat)

I'm guessing that my 2lbs will still be on so weigh in next Wednesday. It will be the Tiffany Rothe booty workout and sexy back workout before the cinema tonight.

Be good everyone and have a fun day o/
