Disney hadn't sent the film in time & when it finally arrived it had subtitles !!!

The short before the movie was very entertaining & had the audience laughing.

The subtitles throughout the movie were a little distracting but not enough to spoil it.
We all loved Frozen & will definitely be watching it again !!

9/10 with subtitles

9.5/10 without
Oh yeah. We had audio description at WIQ too. Bit destracting but not too much.

Saw this at the O2 yesterday and really enjoyed it, great songs (my personal favourite was 'In Summer'), hilarious characters and moving story.

9/10

Beate wrote:WIQ really need to get their act together. They made people queue up at the till for the 3D glasses, only to hand out kids glasses to everyone at first, so they had to get them all exchanged. Then there was a trailer or something at the beginning which no one could watch as it was in green and pink only, and definitely not in 3D.
I thought it was going to be one of those disaster screenings with a faulty tape. Luckily, it was a small hiccup and it all turned well in the end. Phew! The short beforehand was very impressive. The little girl next to me got up several times, stretching out her hands trying to touch the characters shooting out of the screen! :D

I agree with the reviews, Frozen is a thoroughly enjoyable family movie with great visuals and strong female leads. Quite magical!

She can still find romance if she feels so inclinded but at least it gives the message that it's not just being dependant on a love interest that can give you the ultimate feeling of happiness (there is nothing wrong with that of course, as Anna shows, but it shouldn't be the only possible way either). Elsa is a strong person in her own right, not defined by a prince/man. Her happiness was found in regaining her freedom. Frozen itself was amazing. I'm not really one for all the singing etc in Disney films, but these songs were so good, I could just see this as a Stage Musical. The story, the production and images were fantastic, especially the snow and ice, so beautiful.
this will be a Disney Classic for years to come. 10/10
I said exactly that to a friend. With the technological wizardry used in stage shows now, I'm sure it won't be long before it happens.
The stones turning into Trolls will be brilliant for kids to see on the stage.
Audio description? Don't they hand out special headsets for that?

I think DaveWeed saw a captioned version for the hard of hearing.

Like all the previous comments, thought this was fab!
Lovely family film, wonderful animation, great story and characters, beautiful colour - I felt like I was there!

Loved the cartoon before the film too, the 3D was so good my nephew asked if Mickey was in the room with us!
9/10 from me.

I loved it too. This is Disney's bread and butter, so you expect it to be at least good - but this was above and beyond. The only downside was the rather boring songs, but there wasn't many of them anyway. I can't believe that annoying looking snowman was actually funny
