i used the one month freebie when i visited london for a few days, was offered one again but declined, the site is easy 2 navigate but i think you recieve even more info when you are a full member...

They are giving away 2000 annual memberships tomorrow (thursday 26th) at noon. They are giving the usual 1 month memberships to those who fail to get an annual one.

But now they are stopping people who applied before from reapplying, unless you change your email or your name slightly or something along those lines. I don't think the name's too important anyway, they never check in the restaurants if thats really who you are.

At 12:00 today our servers went down intermittently, although many of you were able to get onto the site - many weren't. Whilst we are not trying to justify the problems, over 100,000 people attempted to hit the site simultaneously.Whilst we cannot change what has already happened, we are going to do the following:
•Provide the first 2,000 entrants with free memberships to tastelondon for 12 months
•Run a 'lottery' for a FURTHER 2,000 free 12 month memberships
•Provide EVERY OTHER entrant with complimentary 3 MONTH (not 1 month) memberships to tastelondon, which will expire on 1st March 2010.
So please do enter your details before 9.00am tommorow, everyone will win something!

Although you weren't in the first 2000 you were entered into a 'lottery style draw' that we decided to run alongside the 'first 2000 comp' - in order to compensate for the web problems we encountered.
