Was a good girl and went to the gym and did the vibro plate. Not a personal best but at least I went LOL. Ryvita crackerbread and crispbread with reduced fat houmous today with a weight watchers soup for lunch.

Happy Birthday Alameals! o/

Ha, it was weighday for me today, and I'm rather ashamed to say that it's not good news :wall:

I'm plus 3 pounds 8O  EDIT - JUST REALISED IT WAS ACTUALLY PLUS 4

Must have been all those ridiculously cheap Supermarket Indian Meal deals that I've been gorging on all week. :shifty: Can't really understand it, because I've looked at those Tiffany Rothe workout videos several times during the week but despite that have still put the weight on. ;)

Oh well, I'm sure at some point I'll actually reduce my appetite for food, and increase my appetite for actually doing some exercise. Self control is what I need ...............and probably a darn good talking too from all you lot

It's not even as though I don't know where I'm going wrong - I just have zero willpower at the moment! Must do better next week! :nono:

Well done all you more focused people! :D

o/ brilliant!

Mr Preston, looking at the lush ladies working out isn't going to burn calories (in the traditional sense)! You need to be shaking that booty along with myself and Diane. Goodness knows doing the 'sexy back' workout while standing in your kitchen with your 4year old killing himself laughing at mummy gyrating with no sense of rythm isn't the best of starts but if you have a giggle it all helps lol!

So naughty chap, back on the wagon tomorrow!! If I can curb eating, anyone can. I love food! :wall:

Glad you had a brilliant day alameals o/

Now Preston1990 do exactly as Moggers says. Us girls have been shaking our booty for sometime now and you will only have yourself to blame if you don't get those feminine curves :nono: I was laughing reading your sexy back post Moggers as it always makes me smile when she says don't be afraid of your sexuality - If you could see me doing it my sexuality is certainly not what I'm afraid off :giggle: especially when she does the turning chassis (or whatever it is called) I'm afraid of my light fittings coming of the wall as you have to move your legs so fast! If anyone hasn't had a go it really is fun and only takes 10 minutes but do a quick stretch before and after as that isn't in her programme.

Good morning everyone

Menu of the day:
Branflakes with a banana (300 calories)
Chilli hummus with 6 chilli jacobs savours followed by a mango yoghurt (300 calories)
Belvita biscuits as going straight to the cinema from work (230 calories)
I will eat something when I get back and do a couple of Tiffany workouts.

Looking forward to hearing everyone's workouts today including Preston1990 who seems to want to relax these days and never mind saying you'll do better next week :nono: Today is the day you start!! (hopefully all this stern talking from us girls will get him back on track :cross: )

Morning everyone. Back to normal today. Hopefully have a run or cycle tonight, whichever I can get in, preferably a run. All the birthday celebrations are near out the way, I have a drink on Friday for me and my son's party Saturday then I'm done for excuses till Xmas. Hope everyone is good and ready for an active day
