Oh Man, you do know! ........It's never skip breakfast......because it's the most important meal of the day!
TODAY'S MENU
1. Nothing
2. Mixed leaf salad, grated celeriac, black olives, two small slices of ham and some watery low-fat onion and chive flavoured cottage cheese.
3. Salmon Steak (seared in the Geo Foreman) with courgettes and rocket leaves. Smidge of low cal mayonnaise.
4. Tea and toast with pate.
TODAY'S EXERCISE
Going to attempt doing the Tiffany Rothe Booty video, rather than just watching it. I'm not promising to finish it, or make it look as effortless as she and her mates do, but I will at least try. Despite Diane's remarks - I'm rather hoping that I don't develop any "feminine curves". .....
I'll probably do another 30 mins sometime today, after that, on the exercise bike and rowing machine.
Will report back later to let you know how I got on. Don't worry, I won't be posting any pics or video of my efforts
