Thanks for those (rather mild) tickings off Moggers and Diane they are exactly what I need o/

OK - What's the first rule of dieting?.......

......No?......Give in?...

Oh Man, you do know! ........It's never skip breakfast......because it's the most important meal of the day! o/



TODAY'S MENU

1. Nothing :oops: OK so not the best start to the "first day" of the new regime, but I got up late!

2. Mixed leaf salad, grated celeriac, black olives, two small slices of ham and some watery low-fat onion and chive flavoured cottage cheese.

3. Salmon Steak (seared in the Geo Foreman) with courgettes and rocket leaves. Smidge of low cal mayonnaise.

4. Tea and toast with pate.


TODAY'S EXERCISE

Going to attempt doing the Tiffany Rothe Booty video, rather than just watching it. I'm not promising to finish it, or make it look as effortless as she and her mates do, but I will at least try. Despite Diane's remarks - I'm rather hoping that I don't develop any "feminine curves". ..... :shifty: Nice as they are on other people.

I'll probably do another 30 mins sometime today, after that, on the exercise bike and rowing machine.

Will report back later to let you know how I got on. Don't worry, I won't be posting any pics or video of my efforts :D

I wouldn't post a picture of me doing the tiffany workouts either Preston lol. Think Phoebe from Friends running. I am Pheobe :)

That would be entertaining us lot on video. What do you think? We could be competition for Tiffany and her bikini clad babes :giggle: I believe that MrGlass does some interesting Kangaroo moves on the dance floor and as alameals already shows his underwear plus Biggins in her swimsuit this is a video waiting to happen :roll:

It's treat day today as I'm of for a carvery tonight with my friends from school so looking forward to that Yorkshire pudding :D
I was really hungry last night and so sorry to Betty Botter and akh43 for my stomach rumbling last night at the cinema :oops:
Belvita and a yoghurt for breakfast (280 calories)
Chilli hummus with 6 chilli jacobs savours followed by banana (330 calories)
Carvery (lots of calories)
It will also be a rest day more so due to time than needing a rest.

Morning all. Got no exercise in last night. Was running round all night getting things ready for my son's party on Saturday as I'm celebrating my birthday with a few friends tonight. Few drinks and that. Bit bored on the exercise bike so going to put together my actual bike come Sunday and start to get some fresh air on it I think.

Lol Diane, yesterday was bust for me lunch out at work at a world buffet (my tummy did not appreciate it at all. Too fatty) so gym and vibro plate today!

where is everyone? Alameals gets a free pass as he had birthday drinks and a party....
Preston, Diane are you both hiding out somewhere eating cakes? Biggins might be out and about if the east coast has had as good weather as us in Glasgow.......

Still here, Moggers!

Yesterday, I did an interval run in the morning (5min warm up, followed by 12x 60:60, then cool down). In the afternoon, I did a 5x5 weights session (squat, shoulder press, deadlift, chin ups) followed by 5x2min rounds on the heavy bag.

Today, I've been out for a walk with the dog and will have an extended session of bag work this afternoon.

How's everyone else getting on?

I'm swimming with the kids today, last week was our first week back after the school holidays so I only managed 30 laps, hoping for double that today although knee is a bit swollen after DS headbutted it this morning during an attack on his dad. Hopefully swimming will help, as will a relax in the steamroom. Was pretty naughty with a big scoff yesterday ( why is it you always feel hungrier on rest days?) but according to the scales this morning I obviously needed it! After being sick I had whacked on just over 2lb, which I have now managed to lose so pretty happy with that this week.

My husband does interval running too John, but is now on a massive protein kick to go with his weights. What a pair we are lol

Good on your man, Moggers!

A lot of folk could do worse than take a leaf out of his book and up their protein intake, do more intense cardio and resistance training. Works wonders for fat burning and body composition!

Btw, your day sounds great! Would love a wee chill out sesh at the pool, sauna, steam, etc! Well done for dropping the two that you'd put on too! :cheer:

I was hiding in the loft cleaning it out. My goodness it was dusty after the new roof but I can assure you that I wasn't eating cake up there - even too dusty for me and that's saying something :roll: Now everything is back up there so onto a mega clean of my still dusty house today - I have cleaned it but its settling so that can be my exercise of the day.
Moggers and John Milton you are doing brilliant o/
