Morning all. It looks like fighting ten 4-5 year olds on a bouncy castle is the best exercise ever. I've lost 2lb this week down to 13 stone 12. Get back to running tonight or cycling whichever I can do is better than nothing. Well done on the no smoking Mr Glass and everyone else for not being as lazy as I have been the last week. I need to get back on the wagon

Well done alameals, sometimes a wee break and different routine helps! Back feeling better today so will do Tiffany and need to b*y a birthday present as DS has his first birthday party invite from a friend at Nursery aww.
Starting to feel better now I'm more in control of eating again and steadily losing weight. With any luck I should be under 60kg by the end of October, even if it is 59.9 I'll be chuffed

Well done for the impressive weeks weight-loss alameals. o/

Impressive Tiffany Rothe workouts too, Moggers, o/ I found the one I did last week was hard going - Tif and her mates certainly go at some speed don't they!

I managed to claw back just 1 pound this week, after last weeks demoralising 4 pound increase. I haven't been very good foodwise or exercisewise this week so I'm not surprised really. I'm sure that I'll get back into the thing seriously at some point, though I'm struggling to whip up much enthusiasm for diet and exercise at the moment.

Well done MrG on your squash exploits o/

Be good everyone :D

I have put on 2lbs in the last two weeks - too many sandwiches for lunch when I was working full time and then away for three days to a hotel on the Isle of Arran. Weather was good so did some walking and a short swim in their indoor pool but large cooked breakfasts and three course meals at night plus wine has shown on the scales.

Going swimming in the outdoor pool tomorrow and will have to do more walking and less eating in the next three weeks when my check up at the diabetic clinic is due and don't want my blood sugar count to be up.

Well done everyone on all your exercising and weight loss. o/

I am around just devouring beans on toast as have to go to a meeting and a lecture shortly so no time to exercise but I have just cooked a vegetable chilli for the weekend - well it's cooking as we speak, that was some serious fast chopping so very rustic looking due to time. I too like Preston1990 have lost a pound but don't know how. I too love Aaron Biggins and it would be a shame not to enjoy yourself while your there. I need to look up the long and lean ballet workout as that is the look I'm going for :giggle:

Evening all. Congratulations on the loss a Diane and Preston and well done fighting through the pain Moggers. I just got back from a 5k run, I'm done in. Going to relax with my wife now, she can barely walk the stairs so she's already in bed (7 and a half months pregnant)
