Re: Weight Watchers
Morning all. Weigh in day and I'm another 2lb down which takes me to 13 stone 10 on the dot. I'm a happy guy right now

I'm mega impressed with your motivation - I keep on lapsing but I have no excuse whatsoever so I will be doing a DVD or Tiffany workout today. Thanks for the inspiration

Re: Weight Watchers
I'm on the old gain and lose the same 2lb at thebmoment and it's driving me bonkers (and making me scoff as I'm a bit of an emotional eater). No exercise yesterday, probably none today if I don't go on the school run (weather permitting) and stress eating as DH has an operation booked for Friday so worried about him

Re: Weight Watchers
Thanks Diane. Hoping I'll hit the one stone mark in the next few weeks. My legs are aching today though,I really pushed on that run last night. I'm having a day off today but unfortunately my wife needed the car so I've got 4.5 mile walk home with a heavy bag, which should be fun

It isn't until Friday alameals, can't help but worry! He's a big strong healthy bloke thankfully but you just can't fight off the wee horrible niggly feelings.

Afternoon all. Just got back from another 5k,getting stronger at doing them so hopefully next time out I'll push myself further rather than beating a time for 5k, will see how that works out. Hope everyone is well and having an active week so far

You are just doing amazing and your motivation is inspiring. I have stayed the same weight but I will be able to do some exercise when I finish at 8pm as have time to eat now before I go back out.alameals wrote:Afternoon all.
