Everything went well, even though he didn't get up to recovery until 5 this afternoon! No excuse for over eating now it's over, need to get back on track now!! The nurses were checking DH's heart rate all the time because it was freaking them out lol he is very fit though

Glad to hear he is okay moggers. What a worrying time for you both. Hopefully he will be fully recovered very soon.

I´m very pleased to hear that your husband is doing OK after his operation moggers o/ A worrying time for you both I´m sure, but hopefully you will be able to relax a little now with the opp out of the way.

I´m still in the doldrums diet and fitnesswise. No loss, but happily no gain either, when I got weighed on Wednesday. Reasonably happy to just be maintaining at the present time given the lack of any real effort I'm putting in.

Great to hear of your continued weight loss success alameals and congrats on your imminent new arrival. o/

Be good everyone! :D

Delighted to hear about your husband Moggers - what a relief.

Welcome back Preston1990 and don't be in the doldrums as we're all here to get you out. I haven't been good eating wise as went out for a meal last night and going for a carvery tonight (DD is home for the weekend and wants to go for one)

On a positive note I have done my Tracy Anderson DVD this morning and my goodness that was hard work - I can't believe how unsupple I have become by not doing it and just doing 10 minute workouts and walks. I know that walks are good for the heart etc but dire for flexibility.

What is everyone else up to today? Have fun whatever you decide to do. o/
